Just discovered this great photo of the ...Hi Meurig<br />Just discovered this great photo of the S/Ms and sergeants of the 10th Hussars. My maternal grandfather is on the 4th row, second from the left. John Alec Crawford titled as a Trumpet Major, but actually, Farrier QMS, as can be seen from lower arm, 4 chevrons, down facing with horseshoe above. I am now able to identify him on another image of NCOs which I suspect is the group that actually left for SA.<br />I have more info of Grandfather if of interest.<br />An exciting discovery.
